15-Day Return Period

All products may be returned for a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your return request must be initiated within this 15-day timeframe.

Return Authorization (RMA)

To begin a return, please contact us at info@officialclover.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return packages will not be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked. We will provide you with the return shipping address once your request is approved.

Condition of Items

  • Items should be returned in unused, like-new condition.
  • Please include all original packaging, materials, and accessories.
  • Returns may not be accepted if items show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs for returning items. We recommend using an insured shipping service with tracking, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For logistical reasons, televisions over 32” cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Please note, refunds cover the item price only.
