Great for Large Birds!
I used this for a 14-pound turkey, and it cooked perfectly in just over two hours. The infrared heating really locks in the moisture. My only complaint is the size; it takes up a bit more space than I anticipated. Overall, very happy with the results!

Decent, But Needs Practice
