Decent Grill, But Has Its Quirks
I was excited about the Charbroil Kettleman, but my experience has been a bit mixed. While the grill heats evenly and gives great flavor, I found the adjustable air vent tricky to navigate at times. It can be a bit temperamental. Still, I appreciate the quality of the materials used and the easy assembly. A solid grill, just needs some practice!

Great Flavor, Minor Learning Curve
The Kettleman grill offers fantastic flavor that you can only get from charcoal. The heat distribution is impressive, thanks to the TRU-Infrared technology. I did find it took a little time to figure out the best way to control the temperature, but once I got the hang of it, grilling was a joy. I’m pleased with my purchase overall!

Amazing Results for Ribs!
I decided to try slow-cooking ribs with the Kettleman, and wow, they turned out incredible! The TRU-Infrared technology helped to keep them juicy and tender. I also love how easy it is to clean the porcelain-coated cast iron grates. This grill has become my go-to for outdoor meals, and I can't imagine going back to my old one.

Solid Performance with a Few Drawbacks
The Charbroil Kettleman performs well with even heat distribution, making it easy to achieve that perfect sear. However, the lid is a bit heavy, which can make it cumbersome when checking on food. I wish the handle was more ergonomic. Still, the flavor you get from charcoal is unbeatable, and it makes for great evenings with friends!

I can’t say enough good things about the Charbroil Kettleman! From the easy assembly to the consistent heat, it's been a delight. I've grilled everything from burgers to veggies, and they all come out with a delicious smoky flavor. Plus, the adjustable air vent allows me to control temperatures like a pro.
